Delivery conditions


Fronts by Sweden reserves the right to adapt freight subcontractors in relation to the type of goods and the destination to which the goods are to be delivered.

Products that are delivered to the delivery point. 

Should Products not be picked up, Fronts By Sweden will charge you for the costs incurred in connection with the return. These costs consist of return shipping and the cost of storing them. 

Home delivery 

We offer you the option of having your order delivered to your home. This means up to your gate if you live in an apartment, and up to your plot boundary if you live in a house. "Up to" means as close to your gate or property boundary as a truck can get. Should Products not be received upon home delivery, they will be sent back to our warehouse and for products received by the customer we will charge for the costs incurred in connection with the return. 

Delivery times

For Products made to order, such as fronts, sides, lacquered tops and plinths, are usually sent after 5-8 weeks or as specified on the website. Unforeseen problems or delays in the manufacture of your products may affect your delivery time. In addition to this, holiday periods may cause longer delivery times than those indicated on the website. The delivery time for your products should always be seen as an estimate indicating when your order will be delivered. 

Transport damage

When you receive your delivery, you as a customer must immediately examine and check whether the packaging and/or the Product is damaged. If any transport damage is discovered on the packaging and/or the Product, this must be noted on the supplier's/delivery point's transport note/avi directly. Any transport damage to packaging or product must be documented with photos, with and without packaging, and communicated to the forwarder within 7 days of delivery.

Fronts By Sweden's liability to you for any losses or damages arising in connection with your order on the website is limited to the total amount of your order. We are not responsible for indirect losses.

In the event of a complaint, we are responsible for the costs of any return shipping. Before sending the Product, please ensure that your case has been received and approved by our customer support. In case of possible return shipping due to complaints, you are responsible for packing the Product so that it is not damaged during transport
