Delivery takes place on pallet to the port/lot limit or as close to the driver can reach.
Transport company will always call you before exit to ensure that you are available for delivery.
All sizes on the website are rounded. A gap that is e.g. 40 x 80 cm is in exact dimensions 397 x 797 mm according to IKEAS instructions. The reason why you make the gaps a little smaller is because they shouldn't go into each other when you open and close the gap.
Our hatches are as easy to install as IKEA's own hatches!
